Shipping
We ship worldwide using Colissimo France / Counter Signature Insured Delivery.
A signature is required upon reception of the package.

Delivery time
Shipping times can vary depending on the period of the year.
All orders are normally shipped from Blagnac, France within 2-3 working days.
Peter Pitout is not responsible for any delay that results from an incorrect address.
Shipping costs
Cost depends on the destination of the work.
Delivery costs cover postage, materials, and process.
The Shipping rates are visible at checkout.
Please note that any customs duties and taxes for overseas orders are the buyer’s responsibility to pay.
Returns
If, for whatever reason, the customer is dissatisfied with the work, purchased, it may be exchanged or returned.
To return or exchange an item, please email us with your order number, details of the item to be returned, and the reason for its return.
The customer must inform peterppitout@hotmail.com within 7 days of their intention to return the item.
The package must then be shipped within a further 14 days. All shipping costs, duties, and taxes have to be paid by the buyer.
All returned items must arrive in the original packaging. Upon receipt of the items, a full refund will be made within 30 days.
The shipping costs are not refundable.
Damaged items
If any item arrives in a less-than-perfect condition, please notify us immediately.
We will do our best to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
If the product is found to have been affected, the customer must email us immediately, attaching pictures of both the packaging and its contents.
All the original packaging must also be retained.
The customer must inform us within 7 days of their intention to return the item. The package must then be shipped within a further 14 days.

Product orders are subject to availability, if the product ordered is not in stock or available, PETERPITOUT.COM Store will inform on short notice and the buyer will be given the possibility to change the order or cancel it and request the refund of all costs paid.
To place an order, the buyer will have to use the purchase online method. Once the purchase has been completed, the buyer will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of the order.
PETERPITOUT.COM reserves the right to cancel any order if some anomaly was observed in the order placement or if the information given by the buyer was not filled out correctly.

All prices indicated on this website are in Euros and include VAT, if applicable.
Prices exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs will be added to the total cost of the order, depending on the item and delivery location. They are calculated automatically.
